HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
HOA dues are $400 per quarter and cover maintenance of the common area, landscaping, clubhouse, pool and lake. It provides for the payment of the taxes to the common area and all insurance premiums, utilities for the common area and for the maintenance and upkeep of the private streets and roadways in the property. It also covers the exterior maintenance of the lots and homes. The Association furnishes insurance covering all the buildings and improvements located on the property including the Villas and all improvements located in the common area. The Association also provides a general liability policy of $1,000,000.
A one time capital contribution of $270 is paid by the Buyer at closing.
